I’m passionate about working with people who are dealing with challenging relationships. I create a safe space that allows you to explore how you feel and what you need in your life. I want to empower you to make decisions that work for you.
When we work together I will draw on evidence-based therapies, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help you live more authentically and create a life that you truly enjoy.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, hiking and being outside, and photography.
